Clubs Looking Towards Futsal Prizes

The FAI have confirmed details of an eight team under-21 Futsal tournament to take place over the coming weeks. Nine eircom League teams have entered a competition which will ultimately send one team into the qualifying round of the UEFA Futsal Cup (Club Champions). A prize of €10,000 for the winning club is sure to keep club's attentions too.

The competition will take place over the coming nine weeks in venues around Dublin with the event set for its formal launch next week.
Futsal is the FIFA regulated version of five-a-side football, usually played indoors.
