Patron Saints Support New Community Officer

St Patrick's Athletic FC are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Community Programme, thanks to the generous support from The Patron Saints.

This contribution has enabled us to hire an additional full-time staff member, significantly enhancing our outreach efforts in the local area.

With the addition of Community Officer Eoin Gavin (pictured above) to our team at Richmond Park, we are looking forward to extending our impact within the community, aiming to reach even more individuals and groups with our initiatives.

This support underscores the commitment from the Patron Saints to the growth and success of our community efforts, reinforcing our shared goal of making a positive impact in the lives of those around us.

Earlier this month, the club also welcomed Ian Dunne as Head of Community, with Alan Brady moving to an operations role.

Information about joining the Patron Saints and the associated benefits is available at the bottom of this article and via their social media pages of X, Facebook and Instagram.

Joining will help fund future initiatives and expand the potential of our fanbase, all while serving as a force for good within the Dublin community.

Your involvement can make a meaningful difference, further enabling us to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.

St Patrick's Athletic Board Member Brian Dalton said:

"On behalf of the Community Committee, I am pleased to welcome Eoin on board as part of our expanding Community Programme.

Eoin will be working directly with the increased number of local Schools who participate in our Saints and Scholars programme.

He has gained extensive experience in working with young people as part of our Summer Camps and in the St Patrick's Athletic Academy over recent years.

I also want to thank the Patron Saints for their very generous funding of this initiative."

Liam Temple of The Patron Saints added:

"This funding by the Patron Saints underlines our commitment to growing all areas of our club.

We're really proud of the work the club does with the Saints in the Community and Schools programmes, and this funding enables the club to grow and develop the programmes further.

This is a major commitment by the Patron Saints members, and we look forward to working with Ian Dunne, Eoin Gavin, Alan Brady, Brian Dalton and the board of St Patrick's Athletic on a number of community programmes and events over the coming years."
