How To Set Up WATCHLOI

WATCHLOI is the only place to watch our games at the moment, here is how to set up your account.

If you have already set up your WATCHLOI account, then you can ignore this message.

Otherwise, we would advise you to set up your account as soon as possible and not wait until just before todays game to do so. Once you have followed the instructions sent out by the club in relation to setting up your account, please test that a previous game on demand is available to watch.

If you can stream any other league games from this season, then you are set up and ready to go.

The club have been made aware, by some Saints Supporter Pack holders of an Issue around setting up WATCHLOI accounts using codes distributed by the club.

This has only impacted a small number of fans and we have a quick fix to resolve this issue.

If you are using the same account / email address as last season and are also using a code sent to you by the club, you may receive an error message.

This error message states that the transaction is invalid and to try again later.

If this is the case, you can do one of two things:

1. Set you a new account using a different email address, you can use the same code and you will not see the same error message. This is the quick fix.

2. Alternatively, you can contact WATCHLOI support using the support button on the top right of the WATCHLOI website.

As it is now matchday and we do not want any fans missing any of our first home game of the season, we would advise using the first option.

The WATCHLOI website is run by the FAI/RTE so any issues are outside out control, but hopefully the above ideas will help
