Health & Well-Being: Pre-Season With St Pat's

St Patrick's Athletic is pleased to launch a Health and Well-Being Initiative which encourages our supporters and our wider community to make healthier choices as we approach the 2021 Season.
The club is looking for expressions of interest from individuals to take part in a Free 6 Week Virtual Programme targeting health and lifestyle improvements in a group support setting. As the extraordinary times that we are currently living through have reminded us, taking care of our health is of the utmost importance.
As we eagerly approach the beginning of the League of Ireland season, why not take part in Pre-Season with St Pat's, side by side with other supporters and be fit and ready for the beginning of the season.
Key Points and Benefits
*6-week programme commencing on February 1st targeting health and lifestyle improvements
*One to one informal conversation with participants to understand and monitor their individual goals prior to the programme's commencement
*Group Support Setting â€" Digitally via a private Strava group, end of week Zoom meeting featuring input from St Pat's players, Communication group to keep in touch throughout the six-week period
*Weekly Healthy Recipes and Fitness Activities provided
*Supports provided with regards to strength and conditioning and dietary advice
Requirements
*A six-week commitment is required from individuals choosing to take part in this programme
*Participants must consent to joining a Private Strava Group and must be willing to attend a group Zoom session once per week
*All participants must be over the age of eighteen
*St Patrick's Athletic requires a minimum of 8 people to sign up for this programme in advance of the 28th of January in order for it to proceed
