Youth Project Tournament At Richmond Park

St Patrick's Athletic recently ran two community football events in Inchicore and Bluebell over the past few weeks.

Firstly teenagers (14-16) from Core Youth Service, St John Bosco, Ballyfermot Youth Service, and Rialto Youth Project took part in a tournament at Richmond Park.

This follows on from the Friday Night Football programme which the club ran last winter throughout the off season.

Many of the young people that took part in the winter series were again present at Richmond for this tournament.

We are well into a process of building a positive identity with youth in the aforementioned areas.

The role that the club can play in forging positive relationships and giving teenagers an outlet to channel their passion should not be underestimated.

This is something that I am always keen to communicate to stakeholders in the local community and public representatives.
