Forrester On Form For Shels Game
Chris Forrester scored his 46th goal for the club in last week's 2-0 win against Sligo and will be looking to add to his tally on Friday night against Shelbourne.
The Saints midfielder has bounced back from an injury picked up in the final pre-season game and played 70 minutes at the Showgrounds scoring the second goal of the game before half-time.
With Monday's game against Derry rescheduled for Monday, March 16th, a trip to Tolka Park is the next test for Forrester and the Saints.
Forrester who is at his second spell with the Club was on the score sheet in the last league meeting between the two sides at Tolka Park which saw the Saints win 3-0 back in May 2013.
A month earlier he netted a hat-trick against the same opposition in a 4-0 win at Richmond Park.
Tickets for Friday's Dublin Derby are selling fast and can be purchased from the Club office in Inchicore or online from the Shelbourne website. A large crowd is expected and Saints fans are advised to buy tickets in advance.
