RS Ireland - Community Partner 2020
We are delighted to confirm RS Ireland as a Community Partner of St Patrick's Athletic for 2020. As well as having perimeter boards at Richmond Park which promote the Rialto based Components company, RS Ireland will once again support the Saints and Scholars Football and Numeracy Primary School Programme, operated by the St Patrick's Athletic Community Outreach Programme.
In 2019 the programme was completed by more than two hundred young people and this number will double during the current academic year.
Speaking on the partnership to stpatsfc.com, Gary Bradley, Country Manager for RS Ireland said the following "We are proud to be working alongside St Pat's in the local community.
Both RS Ireland and St Pat's have a presence of over 70 years operating in the area and this community partnership demonstrates our shared commitment to our locality. With the recent reopening of our refurbished Trade Counter, we are happy to invite all supporters of St Pat's to come and check out our premises at the Glenview Industrial Estate, nearby on Herberton Road. We would like to wish the management team and players at St Pat's the very best of luck for the 2020 season."
Speaking to stpatsfc.com, club Community Officer, David Morrissey made the following comments, "We have had the support of RS Ireland for the past few years and their commitment to supporting both the football club, and our community outreach programme continues to grow.
RS Ireland have actively engaged with the club and we look forward to partnering with them on some great initiatives during the season.
In particular, RS Ireland's support of the Saints and Scholar's Football and Numeracy Programme has assisted the club in interacting positively with hundreds of young people in our catchment area whilst improving numeracy rates in classrooms in Inchicore, Bluebell, Crumlin, and Ballyfermot.
For St Pat's, it is of the utmost importance to have partners that share our sense of community and I would like to express the club's gratitude to Gary Bradley, Colm Sheerin, and Alistair Quaye for making our partnership a successful one. This is a relationship that both parties are keen to grow and as always, we ask our supporters to support those that support us."
