Woodwork Comes To Derry's Rescue

The Saints were unlucky not to earn more than a point during last night's thrilling clash at Richmond Park.

The Saints fell behind to an early Barry Molloy goal, and Derry looked like to be heading to all 3 points.

But a spirited 2nd half display from the Saints resulted in an equaliser on the hour mark. Trevor Molloy's cross was dropped by David Forde into the path of Paul Keegan, who stabbed the ball home from 6 yards for his 4th goal of the season.

Having hit the woodwork on two occassion and had an effort cleared off the line, the Saints will feel a little unlucky with not leaving with all 3 points.
