Team News: Saints Vs Limerick

St Patrick's Athletic return to SSE Airtricity League action on Friday night when they host Limerick in Richmond Park (kick-off 8pm, live on eirSport).

In team news, Conor Clifford comes into contention for selection after making his first appearance for the club in the Saints' midweek 2-0 friendly defeat to Newcastle United, while striker Christy Fagan misses out through a knee injury and Kevin Toner also sits out the game through suspension.

"After a good performance during the week against Newcastle, we're hoping to take the good form into the Limerick game.

We have been strong at home this season and we're hoping to get back to winning ways," St Pat's manager Liam Buckley told stpatsfc.com.

"We've managed to pick up six points against Limerick so far this season, but on both occasions we had tough games. We are expecting it to be no different on Friday.

We were a little unlucky in our last game against Dundalk, and hopefully we can put in another good performance and pick up the points."
