U19s Result: Drogheda 1 - Saints 3

St Pat's Under 19s returned to league action last night following the mid-season break, notching up a 3-1 against Drogheda United.

Jake Walker put the Saints ahead after just nine minutes. However, Drogheda equalized from a corner less than 10 minutes later.

Paul Cleary restored the lead with an hour with a spectacular volleyed goal. The Saints secured the win with 20 minutes remaining when Jake Walker scored his second of the game, his 9th of the season.

Darius Kearns' side have now opened up an eight point lead at the top of the table.
