Vacancy: U15 Head Coach
St Patricks Athletic FC is looking to appoint an experienced qualified coach to take up the role as U15 head coach when the new SSE Airtricity league U15 season begins in August 2017.
Job description
To be responsible for all coaching sessions with the U15 squad which falls in line with the coaching philosophy, vision and values of the club
Main responsibilities
To follow St Patrick's Athletic Football Club's coaching policy in conjunction with the FAI player development plan
Coach the team before, during and after on match days
Player recruitment in line with the clubs vision
Responsible for planning and delivering technical and tactical coaching sessions for the U15 age group in line with the clubs coaching syllabus.
To set high standards of professionalism thus being a good role model for young players
To supervise and be responsible for a group of young players at all times during training and match days, ensuring the safety of all players
Be able to communicate with young players
Must be punctual at all times
Essential requirements
UEFA B Qualification
Experience working with elite youth players
