Team News: St Patrick's Athletic Vs Shamrock Rovers

St Patrick's Athletic host Shamrock Rovers in Inchicore TONIGHT in a re-fixture of Friday's postponed game in the SSE Airtricity League (Kick-Off 7.45pm).

The Saints will be hoping for a reversal in fortunes against the Hoops after their opening day 1-0 defeat in Tallaght Stadium, with the added incentive that a win would also lift them above Pat Fenlon's side in the league standings.

In team news, the Saints welcome Sean Hoare back into the squad after he missed the Saints' 4-1 win in Galway due to illness. Buckley remains hopeful that both Christy Fagan (knee) and Ger O'Brien (hamstring) will make his matchday squad, however both will be assessed before kick-off. Togo international Cyril Guedje remains out with a hamstring injury.

Supporters of both clubs are asked to support the half-time raffle with all proceeds raised for former Derry City striker and all-time top-scorer of the Candystripes, Mark Farren who is currently fighting a life-threatening condition after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
