Chambers Rejoins Saints
St Patrick's Athletic can announce the signing of former midfielder James Chambers for the 2014 season having rejoined the club from Shamrock Rovers.
26 year old Chambers was previously with the club under the management of Liam Buckley in 2012 having joined the club from Hamilton Academicals in Scotland. Chambers made a total of 39 appearances and his sole goal scored came in the Saints' 3-2 win over rivals Bohemians in September 2012.
The Dubliner's previous honours include a league title with Shamrock Rovers in 2010, while he was part of the Hoops' cup successes in the Setanta Cup, EA Sports Cup and Leinster Senior Cup last season.
Chambers is the 17th player signed by manager Buckley for the 2014 season, and the fourth new signing made to date. He joins Conor McCormack and Ken Oman in making the move from Tallaght to Inchicore, with Lee Lynch also joining the Saints after a two year spell with Sligo Rovers.
