INTRODUCING DAVID BELL

John McDonnell has made his first signing since becoming manager of the Saints. John was quick to get the signature of Irish Youth International David Bell, whose contract with Rushen and Diamonds ended on June 30th.

Bell was born in Buncrana and was spotted by Rushden playing for an Ulster schools select in the Inter-Provincial tournament.

Bell is a left-back but can also play left-midfield. He won two under-19 caps under Sean McCaffrey in 2003.
