Fagan Nets Injury Time Winner

The Saints picked up all three points in this one-sided Dublin Derby match thanks to a 94th minute winning goal from Christy Fagan.

The Saints had fallen behind to a early goal from Danny Joyce, but with the majority of the chances and possession the home crowd sensed the equalizing goal would come soon afterwards.

However, despite hitting the post and having goal ruled off for off-side, the Saints had to wait for the 82nd to draw level.

Dean Kelly who replaced Chris Forrester on the 80th minute picked up possession wide out on the left and attached the Bohemians goal at pace.

He unleashed a thundering shot from outside the box which crashed back off the bar and feel to the feet Fagan who tapped into the empty net.

The Saints pressed forward for the winning goal and it almost seemed beyond them until substitute Sean O'Connor floated a cross into the box with only seconds remaining and Fagan held off his marker to head home to the delight of the home support.
