Saints Out Of Cup

A young St Patrick's Athletic side crashed out of the Leinster Senior Cup at the Tallaght Stadium today.

Only Eoin Hyland, Kevin Farragher, Jake Carroll and Ian Daly kept their place from the team who defeated Pheonix in the previous round.

Liam Buckley gave a first start to new signing Aidan Price while a number of Under 19's players also featured.

On a wet and slippery surface, Shamrock Rovers proved too strong for their opponents and ran out 3-0 winner to progress to the Semi-Finals.
