SAINTS FAMILY OPEN DAY
St Patrick's Athletic and Patron Saints hosted a Family Open Day last Saturday in Richmond Park to give supporters, young and old, a chance to meet their heroes and learn more about the club.
There was a healthy attendance with kids being treated to fun packs including stickers, tattoo style transfers, posters and more while also being entertained by a magic show, fun balloons and face painting.
A very special thanks must go to Joe O'Rourke for all his hard work in preparing the fun packs.
Liam Buckley put his team through their paces on the pitch before the 2012 team photo shoot while the kids took their chance at the SHOOT competition. The winner will be drawn at this Friday's game against Bray Wanderers.
Supporters then had the opportunity to meet the players on their pitch. The players were only too happy to pose for photographs with their fans and sign the specially prepared autograph sheets.
The Open Day concluded with Pat O'Callaghan providing and insightful history of the club to all in attendance and a tour of the dressing rooms.
The whole day was recorded by West Dublin Access Radio and will broadcast later this week.
Many thanks to all who took part on the day and especially to the Patron Saints committee for all their hard work.
