Setanta Cup News

The First Round draw for the 2012 Setanta Cup will take place next Wednesday, January 25th at 2.30pm.

The draw will be carried out by former St Patrick's Athletic midfielder Stuart Byrne and Gary Hamilton, player-manager of Glenavon FC.

The unseeded clubs in this year's competition are:

Bohemian FC, Bray Wanderers, Cliftonville, Derry City, Glentoran, Lisburn Distillery, Portadown and St Patrick's Athletic

The four winners to emerge from the first round will join the four seeded clubs, last year's winners, Shamrock Rovers as well as Linfield, Sligo Rovers and Crusaders in the quarter final draw.

The First Round matches will take place on February 13th and 20th.
