First half goals from Ian Daly and Derek Doyle were enough for the Saints to overcome a one goal first leg deficit against Iceland's ÍBV and send Pete Mahon's side into the next round.
The Saints now face a difficult trip to Kazakhstan to face FC Shakhter Karagandy.
