O'Byrne Reveal's FAI Decision
St Patrick's Athletic's Chief Executive, Bernard O'Byrne, exclusively revealed ‘live' on Setanta Sport's ‘The Hub' this evening that the FAI would not be renewing the contract of Brian Kerr.
Just before 9pm this evening Bernard received a text message announcing the FAI decision which was then picked up by the other media outlets.
‘The Hub' which is hosted by Daire O'Brien ran a special extended programme this evening, which had a certain St Pat's feel to it!
In studio discussing the former St Pat's manager's current position were Chief Executive, Bernard O'Byrne, and Dave Kelly, Irish Independent journalist and St Pat's fan. They were also joined on the phone by former St Pat's manager Pat Dolan.
