Bray Wanderers 0-4 Saints

Saints powered back to the summit of the Premier Division tonight and became the third table toppers so far this week as they saw off a disappointing Bray side at the Carlisle Grounds with a 4-0 victory.

First half goals from Paul Byrne, centre-half pairing Kenna and Guthrie and a wonderful long range strike from Gareth Coughlan meant that the game was over as a contest by half time.

In truth it could have been more for Saints as they played an excellent passing game in the second half with Conor Sinnott acting as playmaker general.

Faherty, sub Williams, Cash and Coughlan all had chances and Pete Mahon will be happy with the manner of the victory as they look forward to a home game against Sligo on Friday quickly followed by a Monday night trip to Terryland Park.
