NEW FAMILY STAND AT RICHMOND PARK

Following the recent “The Saints are Listening” fans survey, a key improvement highlighted by supporters was the need to attract more families to match nights at Richmond Park.

With the help of the St Pat's Supporters Club a new family section will now be in place on Friday night for the opening game of the new season.

New signage and Stadium Saints will welcome people to the new designated family area - Sections F & G of the main Chorus ntl Stand. Visiting community groups, teams to play at the half-time game and participants of the club's schools coaching programme will all be directed to this area.

A small budget will also be available to help add that extra bit of colour, noise and excitement for those in the family section.

While St Pat's is not expecting a new family section to have an immediate impact on match night attendances, it is hoped that by offering an improved match day experience in a safe, friendly and fun atmosphere more families might be encouraged over time to come along and enjoy match nights at Richmond Park.
