Two groups of 5th class students from St Ronan's School in Clondalkin were recently presented with their certificates for completing the St Pat's Soccer Challenge.

The challenge is a five week course provided by a qualified coach from local League of Ireland club St Patrick's Athletic FC that teaches the basic footballs skills to young people in a fun but challenging way.

The course is funded by Pfizer in Clondalkin and is delivered by St Pat's in partnership with Clondalkin Youth Services.

The St Pat's Challenge is will be launched in further schools in the area in the New Year.
