PAT’S EUROPA LEAGUE MAN OF THE MATCH WINNER
Ryan Guy was voted man of the match by Pat's fans for his performance against Valletta in the Europa League match last Thursday night.
The US midfielder captured 44% of the votes and was followed in the voting by defender Enda Stephens and by Declan O'Brien who made his debut for the Saints on the night.
The club's man of the match text competition allows fans to vote for their chosen player over the course of a match night at St Pats by text at a cost of only 25c per text and a small percentage of this comes back to the club.
One lucky winner who votes for the man of the match is drawn at random and Thursday night's winner was Mark Doyle from Ballyfermot.
Mark is well known as a volunteer progamme seller at the club and is pictured here receiving his signed football from Ryan Guy.
As well as receiving two tickets for the next home game Mark managed to get most of the players on the night to sign the football – a great souvenir of the first Europa League match ever to be played at Richmond Park.
Having drawn 1-1 at home St Pat's take on Valletta in Malta this Thursday, kick off 17.30 local time.
