BRAVE SAINTS BOW OUT

Despite dominating Hertha Berlin in the RDS St Patrick's Athletic bowed out of this season's UEFA Cup 2-0 on aggregate after a 0-0 draw this evening.

An emotional tribute to former Saints coach Noel O'Reilly was paid prior to the game as supporters and players stood applauded and paid tribute to an Irish football legend.

On the pitch Gary Dempsey, Keith Fahey, Keith Fahey and Ryan Guy all went close to making themselves Pats heroes but it wasn't to be.
