POLISH AMBASSADOR WELCOMES JARASLOW TO RICHMOND

Last Friday Jaraslow Bialek was introduced to the Polish media at the club and the ambassador of Poland His Excellency Dr. Tadeusz Szumowski was personally on hand to welcome St Pat's new signing to Richmond Park.

A keen football fan, the ambassador is hoping that Jaraslow will be the first of many Polish players to make the breakthrough into the League of Ireland and he will be following his progress at the club with great interest over the coming months.

Richard Sadlier welcomed the ambassador to the club and presented him with a St Pat's scarf and jersey to wear on his match night visits to Richmond Park.

28 year Bialek had trained with the squad for some time while waiting international clearance.

The tough tackling midfielder has represented Poland at junior level and has experience of playing for a number of Polish league clubs including Widzew Lodz, Gornik Zabrze and Zaglebie Sosnowiec.

Bialek made his debut for St Pat's in their 3-0 win against UCD at Belfield.
