Derek O’Brien Signs For Pat’s

John McDonnell has started his activity in the July transfer window by signing Derek O'Brien from Galway United.

The 6'1 midfielder who can play wide on the left or right, signed for the Saints over the weekend and will join the squad for training today.

O'Brien has registered ahead of tomorrow's UEFA deadline and is eligible to play in the UEFA Cup 1st qualifying round matches against JFK Olimps.

This is O'Brien's second spell at the Club having spent time with the Club as part of Eamonn Collins' FAS course

In other news, Dave Rogers has returned to the Club following his loan spell at Sporting Fingal.
