FAI Youth Cup Preview - OPPOSITIONSCOPE

This Sunday see our Under 18 Youth Team take on their Dundalk counterparts in their FAI Youth Cup Semi-Final. The Saints will be hoping that they can reach the final before an expected large crowd.

Dundalk are the current Under 18 Super League leaders so Alan Ryan's side face a tough challenge. The County Louth boys have also taken all six points on offer in the two league encounters this season.

Back in the middle of October “The Lilywhites” recorded a 2-1 win in Richmond Park and then in late November nicked all three points in a five goal thriller, edging the Saints out 3-2.

In the league Dundalk have turned their form around after a horrendous start. They had only won one game from their first five. They are currently three points ahead of Rivervalley Rangers who have three games in hand on their Louth rivals.
