Statement On Sanction Appeal
St Patrick's Athletic Football Club notes the decision of the League and the subsequent ruling of its appeal committee to uphold the fine imposed on the club by the Football Association of Ireland.
It questions the principle of the fine and regards the level as completely disproportionate.
The board of the club will consider its position on the matter in the coming weeks.
