ST PATS MAKE WINNING FUTSAL START
A new look St Patricks Athletic team will be participating in the 2008 FAI Futsal League of Ireland competition. The competition will be run over 5 weeks between February and March with a winning prize fund of over €10,000.
As the Futsal competition is open to all players signed for the purpose of the competition it offers St Patrick's Athletic the opportunity to welcome players from new communities to the club.
Team manager Ovidiu Matiut has putting together a strong squad that got off to a flying start at last weekend's familiarization day held in the National Basket Ball Arena.
If you get a chance be sure and support St Pat's in this new and exciting competition!
