HAVERTY IN UNDER 19 IRISH SQUAD

IRELAND'S UNDER-19 SIDE begin their campaign in the UEFA under-19 Championship tonight in United Park, Drogheda. Ireland drawn against Hungary, Bulgaria and Germany face a tough campaign over the next seven days to qualify. Only one team will progress to July's finals in Austria.

Irish manager Sean McCaffery has called up the Pat's defender Noel Haverty to the squad for the games. We wish Noel the best of luck and congratulate him on being the only home based player in the squad.

Drogheda's United Park hosts Ireland's first game tonight against Bulgaria and their last game against Hungray on Saturday. Dalymount Park will host what could be the crunch game against Germany on Wednesday. All of Ireland's games kick off at 7pm.
