Martin Rennie signed for the Saints under Stephen O'Donnell in January 2020 as he looked to bolster the attack for the upcoming 2020 season.

Rennie comes from Scottish club Montrose where he enjoyed a good two and a half seasons. Rennie is a natural centre forward but can operate off the left wing. He is looking forward to a new challenge with the Saints.

Rennie made 72 appearances for Montrose where he scored 20 goals, along with 9 assists. His standout season came in the last campaign where he started for Montrose scoring 14 goals and assisting 4, across all competitions. This type of form is something Stepehen O'Donnell will hope he can reproduce for the Saints and he will be looking at the Scotsman as a source of goals for the upcoming season.

The 25 year old striker has said his main aim is to score goals with the Saints.
