Dinny Lowry
- Position: Goalkeeper
- Number: TBC
- Age: 89 (1st January, 1935)
Signed by the Saints from local nursery club Bulfin United, Dinny would go on to mind the nets for well over a decade.
He was instrumental in the League winning side of 1956 (aged only 21) and, of course, goalkeeper for both FAI Cup winning sides in 1959 and 1961.
Dinny was also in goal four our first two forays into Europe and played against Dunfermeline in 1961 and Bordeaux in 1967.
Dinny was generally regarded as the best goalkeeper throughout his time at Pat's, and but for the skills of Alan Kelly senior was sure to have added to his solitary Irish international cap. (Dinny was called up to multiple squads)
