Dermot Keely has committed his future to Dublin City despite overtures from Irish League outfit Newry.
The Co Down side were keen on attracting Keely and it was thought that the manager – who has managed 11 clubs in the eircom League – would make the switch.
However, having guided Dublin City back to the Premier Division at the first attempt with their play-off victory over Shamrock Rovers, he has decided to remain with the Vikings as they look to maintain their top-flight status.
