St Patrick's Athletic 2 - Limerick 0

St Pat's ended their pre-season with a comfortable win over Noel O'Connor's Limerick on Tuesday night.

Goals in each half, first from Robbie Doyle and then a fortuitous goal from Aidan O'Keeffe made it three wins out of 4 for Johnny Mac's side.

Work will now commence on the Richmond Park surface ahead of our first home League game against Bohemians on Good Friday, March 25th.

Without the suspended Paul Donnelly, Darragh Maguire, Keith Fahey for the opening game against Bray, McDonnell started with Prenderville partnering Colm Foley in defence, with a midfield trio of the impressive Michael Foley, Stephen Caffrey and Keith Dunne.

New siging Ger Rowe was introduced with 20 minutes remaining along with Vinnie Perth, who is training with the Club.
