Forrester Stars In U21 Win

Saints' midfielder, Chris Forrester, made his international debut earlier this afternoon.

Chris replaced Aiden O'Brien after 56 minutes in the Under 21 game against the Netherlands at the Tallaght Stadium.

Chris became the 7th player to represent Ireland at Under 21 level:

  • Curtis Fleming - 5 caps (1989-90)
  • Pat Fenlon - 2 caps (1989-90)
  • Thomas Morgan - 7 caps (1997-98)
  • Colin Hawkins - 8 caps + 2 goals (1997-99)
  • Trevor Molloy - 3 caps (1997-1999)
  • Joe O'Cearuill - 2 caps (2008)
  • Chris Forrester - 1 cap (2013)
