FROSTY FROZEN OUT OF LONGFORD TIE

The last suspension of the season will be served next Friday against Longford Town when John Frost misses the last game season after accumulating four penalty points.

One of the undoubted star performers of the season Frosty will sit this game out but can be consoled by the fact that he played a large role in helping the Saints maintain our Premier status after a difficult year.
