St Patrick's Athletic FC have won the League of Ireland Matchday Management Team of the Year and will be presented with an award for their efforts by FAI Chief Executive John Delaney this Friday.

“I was very pleased to see how well match days at Richmond Park worked last season and credit must go to the match day staff, to the club and of course to our own fans”, said Event Controller Paul O'Brien.

“In the past there were difficulties with having to keep our home fans behind at the end of games so I'm particularly delighted with how we have been able to change this around”.

“Hopefully we can continue to improve match night operations at Pat's while at the same time building a good match night atmosphere for the fans as well as helping the club to attract new supporters”, he added.

St Patrick's Athletic would like to congratulate Paul and his team on receiving this award and thank all involved for their hard work in support of the club.
