To celebrate the start of the new season and their 80th anniversary year, St Patrick's Athletic FC have introduced an €0.80 cent ticket for their opening games in the new League of Ireland season.

Children accompanied by an adult will be able to avail of the 80c tickets for St Pat's opening game against Galway United on Mar 6th and against Dundalk later in the month.

This season also sees the club reducing the price of its match day tickets and adding extra value to their season ticket holders who were offered free admission to the recent pre-season friendly with a Chelsea XI.

“We have been forced to make considerable cost reductions at the club but we are also aware that the recession is affecting everyone including our own supporters”, said Pat's CEO Richard Sadlier.

“Hopefully steps like these will encourage more people and especially more families to come along and enjoy a match night and League of Ireland football at Richmond Park”.

Tickets for St Patrick's Athletic V's Galway United on March 6th (including the 80 cent tickets) are now available from the club. Call the club on 01 4546332 or contact Ticketmaster.
