MANAGERSCOPE - Shamrock Rovers V St Patrick’s Athletic

JOHNNY MCDONNELL - St Patrick's Athletic
"It's a big game for both clubs. Rovers have had a few difficult results but with a Dublin derby like this form goes out the window. Tolka Park is a great venue, it's a good pitch and it will attract a big crowd - it'll be hectic but it'll be great to play in." said Johnny McDonnell ahead of tonight's game.

“We have a few players with knocks and bruises but when the first whistle sounds all that is forgotten, we are really looking forward to tonight's game.”, which kicks off Setanta's live coverage of Eircom League football.”

PAT SCULLY - Shamrock Rovers
“St Pat's are certainly the form team in the league, and Garrett Kelleher has invested heavily. It's great when a club has someone like that who can put a substantial sum into the team.

“Some look at Brian Kerr's involvement in a negative way and I don't understand that – it's fantastic that they've a former Ireland manager, someone of his vast experience, as director of football.

“We'll have to rise to the challenge that St Pat's will offer. We need to be confident when we cross the white line and walk out onto the pitch at 7pm on Sunday night. And we will be.”
